Human Review Required
AI outputs are not final decisions. They require human review before use in proposals, filings, customer deliverables, government submissions, legal matters, or certification representations.
What the Milenial Assistant Does
The Milenial Assistant may use AI to generate draft guidance, summarize evidence, ask clarifying questions, prepare checklists, and support readiness workflows. The assistant is the public-facing SaaS advisor — it does not route internal packets, approve certifications, make go/no-go decisions, or close work.
Authority Boundaries
The Milenial platform operates under a defined authority chain. The Milenial Assistant is customer-facing and advisory only. Internal routing under Akil's coordination happens separately. Corey Pittman remains the founder authority for all reserved decisions — including go/no-go on bids, submissions, and public commitments.
No AI component in this platform holds final decision authority. Corey decides.
Certification Limits
AI may help identify evidence needed for certifications, but it cannot certify an entity or state that an entity qualifies. Certification posture must come from verified records or the issuing authority.
Milenial Procurments Inc holds the following verified certifications only:
- Small Business (SBA)
- Minority-Owned Business
The platform does not claim and will not assist users in claiming 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, SDVOSB, VOSB, MBE, or DBE status without verified, independently issued documentation from the appropriate issuing authority.
Conversation Retention
Assistant conversations may be retained privately with audit metadata for service delivery, compliance review, dispute support, legal hold, and safety/security purposes. Retained records are not published and are not stored in public source-code files.

AI guidance is general information and readiness support — not legal, tax, accounting, procurement-officer, or regulatory advice. Consult a licensed attorney or qualified professional for legal questions.
