Why I'm building Milenial.
I'm Corey Pittman, founder of Milenial. My background is in logistics and operations, with more than 30 years across public transportation, delivery, inventory, distribution, and warehouse work. Those roles taught me to value clear sequences, accurate information, safety, and accountable decisions.
I have not bid on or performed a federal contract. While researching federal procurement for my own business, I found it difficult to connect scattered requirements, business information, and preparation materials. That experience shaped Milenial: a structured way to learn and organize the foundation while keeping sources and limitations visible.
To build the eight-part sequence, I organized the working materials into versioned lessons and review records. For example, Part 1 was checked against FTC business-security guidance, NIST terminology, U.S. Web Design System form guidance, and Section508.gov; its source, version, review date, and limitations are recorded before publication.
